How we handle your information
This policy explains how PubMigrate handles the information and Publisher files you submit for a free migration preview.
Information you provide
When you request a review, we collect your name, work email, optional organization name, answers about your Publisher files, optional message and the representative .pub file you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information only to receive your request, examine the submitted document, prepare the free migration recommendation and private migration preview, and contact you about the result. If you request it, we may also prepare a proposal for paid migration work.
File and preview confidentiality
Your original document and migration preview will remain private. They will not be published, displayed in a portfolio, shared as a case study or used in marketing without your explicit written permission. Service providers may process files only where technically necessary to securely operate the service. Please do not submit files containing sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the review.
Storage and access
Uploaded files are stored in private file storage, while the related submission details and operational status are stored in a protected database. Access is restricted to the authorized PubMigrate operator and technical service providers where necessary to operate the service. Transactional email providers may process the contact details needed to deliver submission notifications and confirmations. To protect the upload form against automated abuse, it may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser and connection to confirm that a person is submitting the form. PubMigrate does not claim an automatic deletion period until such a workflow is implemented.
Your choices
You may ask for information about your submitted data, request a correction, or ask that your file and contact details be deleted by emailing review@pubmigrate.com.
